主讲人简介：

Dongyue (Tracy) Yang is a Lecturer in Accounting and the Program Director of the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canberra.  

She teaches Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, and Auditing. Before joining UC in January 2025, she worked as a Lecturer at the University of Newcastle Singapore campus from 2022 to 2024. During her time there, she coordinated the Bachelor of Commerce program and served as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Business Discipline. Her research interests include corporate governance, regulatory change, executive compensation, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. Tracy is an active member of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) and is dedicated to impactful research and teaching excellence.

Dongyue Yang（Tracy）是堪培拉大学会计学讲师，同时担任该校商学学士学位项目主任。她教授管理会计、企业会计、会计信息系统和审计等课程。2025年1月加入堪培拉大学之前，她于2022年至2024年在纽卡斯尔大学新加坡校区担任讲师，期间负责协调商学学士学位项目，并担任商业学科行业顾问委员会成员。她的研究领域涵盖公司治理、监管变革、高管薪酬以及环境、社会和治理（ESG）问题。Tracy是澳大利亚及新西兰会计与金融协会（AFAANZ）的活跃成员，始终致力于开展具有影响力的研究并追求卓越教学。
